Our highly experienced in-house team renovates all the properties to am extremely high standard. The aim for the standard of the property is to create a home, allowing us to find the right tenants quickly, and also helps achieve a strong valuation if a remortgage is required to optimise your property investment.

All refurbishment work is carried out to a pre-agreed standard and no final payment is due until you are entirely happy with the quality of our work. We ensure that any work we undertake complies fully with all relevant buildings, planning and tenancy legislation and regulatory requirements, and clients are provided with formal certification to that effect.
